Kids Inclusion Roles are available at leading early childhood education and care services in Australia.

We deliver high-quality, inclusive services for children and communities since 1895. Our mission is to make a positive impact on young lives and support their development and wellbeing.

This role involves supporting educators to embed inclusive practices within their service.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying educator strengths and capacity to tailor support
  • Promoting a clear understanding of inclusion, focusing on capable children
  • Working with the team to deliver flexible inclusion support

To be successful, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in education (early/middle childhood) with at least 5 years experience
  • A thorough understanding of inclusion, integration, exclusion, and early intervention
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality frameworks and best practice
  • Ability to facilitate change through reflective practice and strength-based approach
  • A current drivers licence and use of a comprehensively insured vehicle
