Equity and Inclusion Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced and passionate Equity & Inclusion specialist to play a key role in delivering leading plans, strategies, policies, and initiatives related to equity and inclusion. This full-time opportunity will see you lead the coordination and implementation of our workforce equity and inclusion-based initiatives across various aspects.
This position requires collaboration with stakeholders (internal and external) to further embed our organizational wide narrative on equity and inclusion. You will partner with stakeholders to enhance knowledge and awareness of responsibilities related to equity and inclusion and contribute to the regular review and development of policies and processes with an equity and inclusion lens to deliver measurable and sustainable results.
\About You- You have a genuine interest in and commitment to Equity and Inclusion, along with:
- Prior experience working in the specialist HR area of equity and inclusion
- Proven ability to collaboratively engage with a range of stakeholders
- High level of attention to detail
- High standard of verbal and written communication skills
- Successful completion of a HR related undergraduate degree
