Business Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. This full-time or part-time role is ideal for candidates who possess strong organisational and time management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and lodging corporate documents with accuracy and efficiency
  • Supporting accountants with workflow administration and client services
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in a similar administrative role (accounting or professional services preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of ATO and ASIC portals, Xero, MYOB, XPM and Nimbus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and office equipment
