Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation, development, and ongoing maintenance/management of our internal Salesforce CRM system to ensure its design and functionality meet the requirements of the company, its users, and departmental budgets and KPIs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing user activation/deactivation, setting up sharing settings, roles, profiles, and groups.
  • Performing administration tasks on Salesforce, including basic configuration, creation of custom objects and fields, modification of record types, page layouts, and related lists.
  • Building custom reports, dashboards, and workflows according to user requirements.
  • Assisting with data migration from external sources as required.
  • Developing and implementing a strategy to promote the adoption of Salesforce across the business and encourage best practice.
  • Evaluating new releases of Salesforce to determine functional requirements and impact on the existing system.
  • Continuously reviewing the instance and making recommendations on improving existing business processes.
  • Developing training materials and providing training and support to users.

About you – to be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Validated strong knowledge of the Salesforce system (Sales Cloud as a minimum) and hands-on experience as a system administrator, including system audits and upgrades.
  • Proven capability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into project scope.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving support tickets.
  • Meticulous about deadlines, demonstrating the ability to coordinate others toward the accomplishment of goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake project management responsibilities of projects, ensuring they are governed appropriately and completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality.
  • Understanding of conventional contract and business terminology required to draft contract clauses.

In terms of salary, we offer a competitive package, estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
