**About this role**

Be an integral part of our Brisbane office support team working alongside the Executive assistants to provide varied administrative tasks.

**Key responsibilities**
- Formatting documents to ensure consistency with the GT brand
- Preparing, finalising and collating documentation including adding partner signatures using Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Database and system management such as setting up new matter codes in Salesforce and ensuring client information is up to date as required
- Assisting with the client take on process including undertaking background searches and conflict checks
- Providing support with proposals including editing, formatting and proof reading
- Daily monitoring of the administration inbox to ensure timely assistance is provided to the team
- Assisting with the bank confirmations process using an online portal
- Organising meetings including room bookings when required
- Other ad hoc administrative duties

**Skills & experience**
- At least 6-12 months administration experience within a corporate environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proactive and positive approach to work demonstrating initiative
- Takes ownership of work and responsibility for personal performance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all levels
- High attention to detail and accuracy
