We are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Infrastructure Specialist to work with us full-time in a remote setup for our Laos-based client. For this role, we only consider candidates based in the Philippines who have legal authorization to work in the country.

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Systems Infrastructure Specialist will include:

ServiceNow Development and Administration

You will design, develop, and maintain custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform. Your goal is to ensure optimal performance and scalability of ServiceNow applications by implementing best practices for development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow and services.
  • Proactively identify and address potential problems to minimize service disruptions.
Documentation and Training

As a Senior Systems Infrastructure Specialist, you will create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems architecture, configurations, and procedures. You will also provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on ServiceNow applications and best practices.

  • Create detailed technical guides for complex systems.
  • Develop educational resources for non-technical audiences.
Security and Compliance

You will ensure that all systems and applications comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations. This includes implementing security best practices and performing regular audits and assessments.

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in systems engineering, with a focus on ServiceNow and administration (at least 2 years).
  • Proficiency in either:
  • ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API) and administration, or
  • Strong knowledge of M365 development tools and technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Framework).
  • The ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
