**Who are we looking for?**
We’re searching for a **Salesforce Leader **who excels in collaborating with key stakeholders, defining and documenting business processes and software requirements, leading workshopping and integration design activities, and effectively liaising with other business information systems owners. As the **Salesforce Functional Lead **, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of the prioritization framework and continuous improvement pipeline for the Salesforce and Market Engagement Technology (MET) platforms.
**In this dynamic role you will:
- Establish working relationships with product owners, MET core team and key delivery stakeholders.
- Programming of upcoming priorities in line with identified strategic business priorities and the GHD Enterprise Systems lifecycles and roadmap in conjunction with the Platform Manager - MET.
- Lead and manage a team
- Establish and maintain the Prioritisation framework for each project as assigned.
- Contribute to the establishment of internal governance processes for the pipeline of work.
- Maintain outcomes focussed productive relationships, consultation and feedback channels with users and key stakeholders.
- Establish, execute, and maintain processes around the intake and triage of new work against the prioritisation framework, as well as progressing this work through to the next stage in the pipeline. Report on the status of triage and prioritisation of incoming work to the Program Manager, Product Owners, and the team.

- Solid experience in conducting business analysis and pipeline management
- Experience in team leadership Experience with CRM and marketing technology implementation, specifically Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud products
