Embark on a dynamic role in Darra as a Financial and Office Support Administrator. This position involves providing comprehensive support to the Finance, Sales, and Service teams, coupled with the management of various administrative tasks.

**Key Duties**:

- General Finance Admin:_
- Electronically maintain Machine Folders in Salesforce.
- Handle daily incoming orders and maintain the machine tracker.
- Prepare and review Accounts Receivable Aging.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with the Shared Service team to set up new customers and suppliers.
- Support and Backup Marketing/Admin Functions:_
- Contribute to trade shows and dealer meetings.
- Provide office support for marketing initiatives.
- Office Admin:_
- Organise team events and catering for training sessions.
- Manage inquiries related to fleet vehicles
- Oversee stationary supplies.
- Handle expenses

**About You**:

- Proactive and quick learner on new systems.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and loyalty to caring about the little things.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously when required.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

**Working Hours**: Approximately 20 hours per week, preferably spread over 5 days, based in Darra office.
