About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Business Development Manager for Coatings Additives. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market adoption in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute winning go-to-market strategies for our product portfolio, both direct and indirect.
  • Identify, develop, and negotiate contracts for supply with major coatings manufacturers.
  • Manage key distributor relationships and lead regional sales projects and campaigns.
  • Work in partnership with regional technical, product, and supply chain teams to drive continuous supply of materials to the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical.
  • 10 years of experience in coating additives.
