Data Centre Operations Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of facilities and operations services for a prominent client. The Site Support Specialist plays a crucial part in delivering service excellence, managing vendors, and ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day activities across the site.
Main responsibilities include facilities & operations support, such as coordinating vendor management, work orders, and change requests. Additionally, the role involves preparing documentation for audits and reporting purposes, supporting OH&S compliance, and assisting in the improvement and streamlining of operational processes.
The Site Support Specialist will also provide property management support, including coordinating general office activities, managing vendor onboarding and insurance records, and assisting with budget planning and expenditure control.
We are looking for a skilled coordinator with strong reporting skills and experience in data centre environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills are also required, along with a collaborative mindset.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. They should also have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with documents and reports.
