Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing data centre operations, ensuring coverage aligns with business needs and obligations.

  • Manage CDC's portfolio to ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Coordinate insurance for construction projects, supporting contract negotiations and pricing discussions
  • Oversee annual property valuations and ensure compliance with levy and audit requirements
  • Review and refine policies, balancing risk, operations, and contractual commitments
  • Liaise directly with external brokers as the subject matter expert, providing guidance and negotiating coverage
  • Monitor spend and performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and risk reduction
  • Lead the end-to-end claims process, ensuring timely reporting, documentation, and resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance

About You

You are an experienced coordinator with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and cross-functional communication. You have a sharp eye for detail and can confidently interpret complex information.

While direct experience in the industry is a bonus, it is not essential. What is important is your ability to work with precision, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly across teams and with external stakeholders.
