This role is crucial in delivering complex builds by driving construction planning and scheduling best practices.
About the RoleAs Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed construction programs, coordinating with project and site teams, and ensuring timely delivery. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure each phase of construction is executed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, monitor and update detailed construction programs.
- Integrate schedules with procurement, design, and subcontractor activities.
- Work closely with site teams to track progress and adjust timelines accordingly.
- Identify risks and delays early and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present planning reports, lookaheads and progress updates.
- Participate in client and stakeholder planning meetings.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Construction Planner or Coordinator in the data centre or industrial construction sector.
- Proven experience with data centre projects highly regarded.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle including design, procurement, and construction.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A relevant construction or engineering qualification preferred.
