Maintenance and Facilities Operations Analyst

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to perform in-depth analysis of operational data and develop actionable insights to drive performance improvement across multiple hyperscale data centres.

  • Identify opportunities for optimization in building operations, services, and facilities
  • Analyse workflows and reports to gather valuable information
  • Utilize data analysis skills to inform strategic decisions
Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive reports and recommendations based on findings
  • Create and implement new procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of new processes and make data-driven decisions
  • Design and manage reporting dashboards to provide real-time insights
  • Support asset management planning and coordination
  • Leverage various platforms such as CMMS, BMS, SCADA, Excel, SQL, and Power BI to streamline operations
  • Collaborate with multiple business units to drive organizational success
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading operational reporting and analysis in asset-heavy environments
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Data Science, or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of building services, including mechanical, electrical, and building controls
  • Strong analytical skills to identify problems, conduct root cause analysis, and provide effective solutions
  • Data processing skills, including Excel and SQL
  • Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent analytics tools
  • Understanding of facilities management principles and best practices
  • Experience working in data centre or critical environment operational roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
