
Leader of Client Retention and Growth

The successful candidate will have dual responsibilities: leading the client experience cross-functional team to maximise membership retention, and collaborating closely with the Head of Growth to drive strategic growth projects across the sales and retention funnel.
This role requires a unique blend of leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive and results-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
