Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Renewal Manager to contribute to improving client retention rates. This role involves leading initiatives for on-time renewal revenue and collaborating closely with account teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with clients ahead of renewal to forecast and plan, ensuring seamless transactions and contract execution.
  • Manage all aspects of the renewal process, including transactions and contract execution, while maintaining accurate forecasts for senior leadership.
  • Identify upcoming renewals and maintain accurate forecasts for senior leadership, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to mitigate risks in the portfolio, driving business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred for this role.
  • 5-7 years of experience in renewals or customer success, preferably in software or SaaS, is required.
  • This role requires exceptional organizational skills with data accuracy and attention to detail, as well as a customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Candidates must have the ability to handle inquiries and concerns with professionalism and proficiency in CRM systems, maintaining accurate information.
