Retention Sales Growth Manager
Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing the existing customer base to retain and grow revenue. The position will execute strategies to increase retention sales, meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement account install base management strategies with client executives and customer success managers.
- Own the process of installing and retaining customer relationships.
- Maintain and improve retention rates by identifying opportunities for upselling and minimizing churn.
- Establish profitable relationships with customers, channel partners, and account teams.
- Design and prepare customer proposals within assigned specialties.
- Manage the quoting process and quality for core renewals, tech refreshes, managed services, and cloud renewals.
- Experience as a renewal specialist in storage or similar IT space.
- Aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Problem-solving skills and excellent customer service.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions and selling concepts.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
