**Key Responsibilities**
- Utilize advanced data analytics for comprehensive customer segmentation and analysis.
- Categorize customers into distinct groups based on predefined criteria.
- Identify key characteristics and trends within each segment to inform targeted strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored resell strategies.
- Map customer journeys to identify touchpoints for resell opportunities.
- Implement compelling marketing campaigns to drive repeat purchases.
- Roll out innovative retention initiatives to enhance customer loyalty.
- Develop personalized communication strategies for engaging customers.
- Monitor feedback and satisfaction metrics to proactively address concerns.
- Analyse performance using relevant KPIs and optimize strategies accordingly.
- A bilingual background of English and Chinese is needed as this role is also responsible for Chinese clientele retention.
