Job Description

Lead a Global Sales Team

We're looking for a leader to drive the success of our Global Sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and experience working in a global environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales performance, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Sales Leadership Experience: 5+ years of senior leadership experience in a large, complex matrix organisation
  • Commercial Negotiation: Experience in leading the delivery of large scale and complex commercial negotiations across multiple business units
  • Results-Driven: Ability to drive results in a fast-paced and continually changing environment
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate, contribute and create effective teamwork across traditional organisational boundaries
  • Post Graduate Qualifications: Post graduate qualifications in business highly advantageous ie. MBA
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business or a related discipline
