We are seeking an experienced manager with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and sales skills to lead our team and deliver an exceptional member experience.
The ideal candidate will have leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports, driving sales targets, and managing Profit and Loss levels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring their team, leading delivery of exceptional member experiences, recruitment, training, and retention of staff members.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop your team.
In return, we offer a competitive package with an OTE of $100,000 plus super, free all-club access, 24/7 membership, additional benefits including anniversary leave days and a free gym membership for friends and family.
