Role Overview

You will join a collaborative team where no two days will be the same. You'll be a motivating and inspiring leader who drives your club to succeed.

This varied role will see you be a nurturing leader who motivates your team and encourages their development and growth, managing the overall operational aspects of your club.

You will lead by example with exceptional customer service and proactive approach in generating membership growth and retention.

  • Analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement
  • Meet sales targets to contribute to monthly and annual targets
  • Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns
  • Recruitment, training and retention of staff members
  • Performance appraisals

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume environment. Ideally within the fitness industry
  • Strong stakeholder management with exceptional verbal, written, and time management skills
  • A passion for fitness and sales
