At Goodlife Health Clubs, we are seeking a highly skilled Personal Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the recruitment, mentoring and training of all club personal trainers. Your role will involve driving team performance, implementing national fitness projects and managing budgeted targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment of trainers who have an appropriate fit for your existing team
  • Development of your team members in their practical skill sets and knowledge
  • Implementation and management of Goodlife's national fitness projects within your club
  • Managing budgeted targets and financial administration tasks
  • Collaborative management of your club within your surrounding management team

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Fitness or above
  • Fitness Australia registration
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Working with Children check
  • Minimum 3 years of industry related experience &/or managing a personal training business
  • Accomplished personal trainer with a successful track record and client base
