About this role

We are seeking an experienced Membership Manager to lead our team at our Chermside club.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service, with a clear ability to hit key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily workflow of the membership sales consultants to reach monthly targets.
  • Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to team success.
  • Create structures for membership sales consultants to meet daily minimum performance criteria.
  • Assist with sales training to develop membership sales consultants.
  • Drive member retention and growth through effective customer journeys and sales techniques.
  • Support regional managers in developing initiatives to drive membership growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and customer service experience with a clear ability to hit KPIs.
  • Understanding of sales cycles and techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Previous experience managing customer journeys to achieve successful outcomes and understanding of customer retention strategies and metrics.
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams, setting and motivating others towards goals.
  • Ability to use business computer systems and hold current First Aid and CPR certificates.
