Are you a motivated and experienced fitness leader looking to take on a challenging role in a dynamic environment?

F45 is seeking a results-focused Studio Manager to lead our studio. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales, and the ability to build strong relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and foster a positive team training environment with high motivation levels
  • Deliver high-quality group fitness classes and drive member engagement
  • Manage lead generation, sales conversions, new member onboarding, and reporting analysis
  • Implement a marketing strategy plan to increase sales and lead the sales process
  • Manage F45 Challenges and keep members engaged throughout with competitions and activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum Cert 3 in Fitness and current First Aid & CPR Certification
  • 2+ years of experience in the Health & Fitness industry
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, organisational, and written skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive environment for staff and clients
  • Experience in Group Fitness Coaching
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and social media content creation
  • Loyal, honest, and willing to go the extra mile
  • Highly energetic and able to build great rapport

This is an initial part-time opportunity of 25 hours per week, with potential for more.
