We are seeking an exceptional Studio Manager who will lead by example and help our team achieve their goals.
Job Description:As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HIIT sessions, assessing member fitness levels, and promoting our studio. You will also coach junior trainers to become outstanding coaches and build strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver High Intensity Interval F45 Group Training classes
- Build a strong lead base and support our members in achieving their goals
- Develop and maintain a positive and energetic environment
- Coach junior trainers to become effective instructors
- Assess member fitness levels and provide personalized feedback
- Experience delivering Group Fitness sessions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Passion for fitness and motivation to make a difference in people's lives
