As a Member Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to maximise membership growth and deliver exceptional customer service. This includes achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, and providing ongoing support to our members.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you need proven experience in sales and customer service, with a strong ability to hit key performance indicators (KPIs). Previous experience managing teams and motivating others towards goals is highly regarded.
