The successful candidate will have prior experience within the health and fitness industry, including staff management, marketing, and service development. They will also possess strong leadership skills, a fun and friendly attitude, and a commitment to community involvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and motivate team members
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive membership growth
- Enhance member experiences through outstanding customer service
- Collaborate with instructors to deliver high-quality fitness programs
- Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
- Certificate IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
