About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Claims Management Officer to join our team at the Royal Automobile Club of Queensland. As a Claims Management Officer, you will be responsible for managing claims in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that our members receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage claims from lodgement to resolution, ensuring that all necessary documentation is obtained and processed in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with members and other stakeholders to provide updates on the status of claims and to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure that claims are resolved in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the claims management process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with members and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
