About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Healthcare Data Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and support.

The successful candidate will have a great blend of skills, including:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform work with a high degree of precision and accuracy

In this role, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining our doctor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. You will also be required to coordinate ordering and distribution of request pads, create request pads with detailed information, and maintain patient confidentiality.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will need to have a strong understanding of data management principles and excellent analytical skills. You will also need to be able to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
