About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Contracts Administrator to join our Development and Operations team at CDC Data Centres. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contractual administration of procurement activities, ensuring contract requirements and company policies and procedures are applied.

  • Conducting data analysis, cost control, and cross-project information summarisation
  • Overseeing subcontractor procurement, including negotiation support and contractor pricing analysis, ensuring compliance with company protocols
  • Ensuring contract obligations are met through milestone tracking, payments, reporting, and relationship management with key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with managers and stakeholders on project milestones and daily requirements via phone, email, and meetings
  • Administering contract finances, variations, project specifications, and reporting within budget and policy guidelines, maintaining accurate records and documentation

Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance
  • Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in analysing and summarising complex information/data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Power BI highly desired
