Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

As a Healthcare Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our hospital substitution, hospital avoidance, and clinical home care services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the intake and administration of referrals and the allocation of services
  • Ensuring that appropriately skilled staff are rostered at the right time to deliver patient care to clients in their own homes
  • Coordinating the scheduling of staff to meet forecasted requirements and rescheduling cover for unplanned changes in staff availability

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a large-scale omni-channel planning/rostering environment
  • Proven skills in time management, multi-tasking, and prioritising
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-faceted team and autonomously
  • Experience in leave planning and scheduling to ensure continuity of service delivery
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in Access and SQL an advantage
