Digital Marketing Strategist for Healthcare Growth

We are seeking an experienced Customer Marketing Manager to join our team at EP Healthcare in North Sydney.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work with a global business that's at the forefront of innovation in hearing care solutions. As a key member of our marketing and customer care team, you'll have a significant impact on revenue growth and enjoy a fun work culture.
You'll be responsible for crafting compelling customer journeys, maximizing lead generation through various channels, and collaborating with both global and local teams to hit revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to create meaningful customer journeys that resonate with our diverse customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Marketing Campaign Execution: Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns across traditional mail, email, SMS, and through the customer care team.
- Collaborative Success: Work closely with teams to hit revenue targets, contributing to dynamic marketing team planning.
- CRM System Implementation: Support the rollout of a new CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring smooth integration and utilization.
- Data Analysis: Use your data skills (Power BI proficiency highly regarded) to create effective customer segmentation and build clear customer journeys.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a solid background in complex services marketing, preferably in healthcare, though other industries are welcome. You should also have strong skills across all channels, including traditional, digital, and customer call centers.
In addition, you'll require hands-on experience with CRM platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics, and a strong sales mindset to translate marketing efforts into tangible results.
