Job Overview

The role of Territory Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving growth and sales across multiple territories.

As a Territory Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in your designated area, providing exceptional service, support, and expertise to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering on key performance metrics
  • Drive territory growth by building strong relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries and support needs
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer goals, purchasing drivers, and decision-making processes to establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create and execute tailored sales strategies
  • Accurate data management on the CRM system for any new activity
  • Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers
  • Complete all required administrative tasks within set deadlines
  • Represent the business at industry conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 3 years of Australian sales experience within the medical devices sector
  • Prior infection Prevention Hospital experience or Infection Prevention Selling experience
  • Skilled in influencing and negotiating at an executive and procurement level
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex decision-making processes
  • Resilient, adaptable, and coachable, with strong communication and territory planning skills
  • Proven ability to build long-term business relationships
  • A valid driver's licence
