Commercial Growth Lead

Job Description:

Delighted to be working in the industrial pump industry, seeking a Commercial Growth Lead to lead a team of sales professionals across Australia.

The successful candidate will have an extensive portfolio of high performance pumping solutions serving sectors such as water management, mining, HVAC, utilities and general industry.

Key Responsibilities include leading and coaching a team of Territory and Key Account Managers across multiple states, developing and delivering on national sales targets, strengthening relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors and distributors.

We are looking for a proven leader with a strong background in technical B2B solution sales such as pumps, fluid handling or engineered equipment, with demonstrated success in building and executing national growth strategies, exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, a commercial mindset with a hands on, customer first approach.

Requirements:
  • Must have proven leadership experience in a national sales or regional sales manager capacity in the pumps industry
  • Strong background in technical B2B solution sales such as pumps, fluid handling or engineered equipment
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing national growth strategies
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • A commercial mindset with a hands on, customer first approach
