ServiceNow Technical Lead Position

Ayan InfoTech is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Tech Lead to join an exciting project in Sydney.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute towards a well-structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, Performance Analytics, and Software Asset Management.
- Develop and maintain custom applications and workflows within ServiceNow.
- Manage complex integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
- Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions, addressing issues promptly.
- Led cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives related to ServiceNow adoption.
- 7+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Practical experience with ITSM, ITOM, Performance Analytics, and Software Asset Management.
- Strong knowledge of Service Graph Connectors, MID Server Setup, and Administration.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate closely with stakeholders.
- Competitive salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum.
- 5-month contract duration with possible extensions.
