We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to provide exceptional support to our customers using the ServiceNow platform.
As a Contact Center Agent, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting customers via phone, email, or chat
- Creating and assigning cases in NowSupport
- Providing initial triage support and escalating complex issues
- Training customers on case creation and use of the ServiceNow platform
Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- Prior experience in a contact center environment
