Global Technical Resource

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at ServiceNow. As a global technical resource, you will be entrusted with guiding our customers through critical issues to ensure timely and effective case resolution.

Your primary responsibility will be to resolve technical cases created by customers seeking help to understand or troubleshoot unexpected behaviors or technical questions about the ServiceNow software and platform.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be committed to providing amazing customer support experiences, using skills that include building trust, showing empathy, and excellent communication to answer customer questions and resolve issues through various technologies.

A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its core functionalities, as well as experience working with diagnostic tools to isolate potential causes of issues.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to be a creative problem solver with a collaborative nature and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer support and has a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong experience working with dynamic HTML components
  • Experience with AngularJS and GraphQL
  • Experience working in Java or similar backend programming language
  • Experience with relational databases
  • Working knowledge of web applications stack
  • Familiarity with Linux, UNIX, or other OS
  • Basic knowledge of Network terminology
