About the Role

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify and resolve problems efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. We're looking for someone who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and improve overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via multiple communication channels.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues using a variety of diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of ServiceNow products and services to provide expert-level support.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow products and services (desired).
