Job Title: Compensation Manager

Job Description

The compensation manager is responsible for processing payrolls accurately and efficiently. This involves liaising with clients to gather information, calculating and uploading pensions, and maintaining client files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to process their payrolls accurately and on time.
  • Calculate and upload pensions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client files and respond to queries promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 18 months experience in payroll, preferably internal bureau or accountancy practice.
  • Managed service experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Accountancy software experience (e.g. Sage/Xero) preferred.
