Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Quality Assurance: Manage quality processes with suppliers, ensuring compliance and resolving issues and customer complaints.
  • Customer-Facing Quality: Investigate and resolve product quality and safety concerns, conduct store audits, and support satisfaction initiatives.
  • Technical Support: Serve as the primary contact for technical issues related to accessories.
  • Product Development Support: Work with buying and design teams to ensure product safety, construction, and quality during development.
  • Compliance & Safety: Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and coordinate training with compliance teams and partners.
  • Benchmarking & Audits: Perform competitor benchmarking and store audits; monitor online product representation.
  • Documentation & Systems: Manage sample feedback, approvals/rejections in PLM/GBSS, and advise on hangers/hangtags.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Buyers, Product Technicians, and Quality teams for aligned delivery.
  • Asia Collaboration: Maintain communication with QA/QC teams in Asia to ensure consistency in standards and processes.

To be successful in this role you'll have:


  • Proven experience in handbags and soft accessories, with a deep understanding of materials and construction.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to meet high standards.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Buyers, Compliance, and Product Technicians.
  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance, and supplier engagement.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with PLM systems and product development workflows.
