Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality accessories to support current and future Nissan models. This includes coordinating with local, regional, and global teams to develop suitable accessory strategies.

  • Presents and approves vehicle plans through regional and global accessory groups to ensure project delivery aligns with timelines and standards.
  • Collaborates with local planning and engineering teams to ensure accessory delivery meets budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
  • Develops strategic direction for the Conversions and Accessories group to promote business growth and explore new opportunities.
  • Manages local workload and resources to ensure availability and effective use of funds.

Main Accountabilities:

  1. Liaises with global teams to manage accessory program timelines, resources, and milestones.
  2. Supports engineering and planning functions to streamline processes and meet global standards.
  3. Maintains and expands the accessory supplier base, identifying new suppliers for development opportunities.
  4. Oversees resources such as CAD, workshops, and tools necessary for project completion.
  5. Ensures timely approvals and efficient planning to avoid project delays.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field (preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record in project management with success handling multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of regulation, compliance, and product development principles.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
