Job Title: Senior Conversion and Accessories Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our conversion and accessories strategy in the Oceania region. As Senior Conversion and Accessories Strategist, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of genuine and affiliated Nissan accessories that meet our high standards.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement effective accessory strategies to support current and new models in the Oceania region.
  • P present and approve vehicle plans through regional and global accessory groups to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to streamline processes and meet global standards.
  • Manage resource allocation, including CAD, workshops, and tools necessary for project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with stakeholders to understand future model plans and develop suitable accessory solutions.
  2. Maintain and expand the accessory supplier base, investigating new suppliers for development opportunities.
  3. Oversee budgets, ensuring timely approvals to avoid project delays.
About You:
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar (preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the automotive industry, with proven project management skills.
  • Knowledge of regulation, compliance, and product development principles.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

  1. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and resources.
  2. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
