An exciting opportunity exists to lead the development of trend-driven, brand-aligned accessories collections.

The Role

Develop seasonal accessories ranges across categories, ensuring they align with brand objectives and position the company as a market leader in the accessories space.

Foster innovation across creative elements to elevate the accessories offering.

Collaborate with stakeholders on range planning, ensuring product mix, price points, and margin requirements are achieved.

Design and maintain CAD sketches, tech packs, style files, and buy documents.

Manage supplier communications, ensuring quality, price, and compliance standards are met.

Oversee the preparation and presentation of collections at buy meetings, VM handovers, and PSR reviews.

Maintain colour palettes, trims, approvals, and seasonal range boards.

Analyse sales and market trends to identify growth opportunities and maximise profitability.

Partner with Marketing and PR to support product placement opportunities and campaigns.

This is an on-site role, 5 days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
