Job Description

An exciting opportunity awaits a skilled Accessories Designer to create and develop seasonal collections that align with brand objectives, positioning the company as a market leader in the accessories space.

  • Lead the design and development of accessories ranges across categories, delivering trend-driven, brand-aligned collections.
  • Research and forecast colour, trend, and styling directions, presenting seasonal concepts to senior management.
  • Drive innovation across creative elements to elevate the accessories offering.
  • Collaborate with senior management on range planning, ensuring product mix, price points, and margin requirements are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain CAD sketches, tech packs, style files, and buy documents.
  • Manage supplier communications, ensuring quality, price, and compliance standards are met.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of collections at meetings and reviews.
  • Maintain colour palettes, trims, approvals, and seasonal range boards.
  • Analyse sales and market trends to identify growth opportunities and maximise profitability.
  • Partner with marketing teams to support product placement opportunities and campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong technical understanding of footwear and accessories.
  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Fashion Design (or related field).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong sketching and tech pack creation skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and a commercially analytical mindset.
  • Ability to balance creativity with sales performance, margin, and range architecture.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
