Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager

An entry-level position in commercial real estate that involves managing client portfolios and providing support to senior property managers in the day-to-day management of premium commercial assets.
About The RoleThis role is ideal for individuals who are looking to start their career in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Support senior property managers in the day-to-day management of client portfolios.
- Perform financial accounting tasks including coding invoices and preparing budget reports.
- Raise purchase orders and manage arrears.
- Prepare monthly tenant reporting and monitor defects and ongoing maintenance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with tenants, clients, and service providers.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar property role.
- Relevant degree preferable (e.g., Bachelor of Business).
- Valid Agents Representative/Certificate of Registration.
- Competent in MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work autonomously and coordinate submissions and reports.
