Job Role: Real Estate Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of real estate investments, with a focus on affordable housing, social housing, and disability housing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of real estate investments, with a focus on affordable housing, social housing, and disability housing.
  • Work closely with external property developers and housing providers to identify investment opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with debt providers and equity investors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve investment outcomes across an active portfolio of developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in real estate, ideally residential development and commercial investment.
  • Strong technical skills and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
