We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee the lifecycle management of our diverse portfolio of assets.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting due diligence of new acquisitions, developing asset management plans for each property, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.

They will also drive external property managers, budgets, and capital expenditure programs to maintain assets at an institutional standard.

A key aspect of the role will be collaborating with the finance team and fund administrator on analytics and reporting for the portfolio.

The portfolio manager will develop and execute asset-level business plans, including leasing, capex, and ESG initiatives.

Additionally, they will engage with key stakeholders, including finance teams, valuers, and agency contacts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in direct real estate asset management and leasing.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to conduct market research and analyse financials.
  • Proven track record in real estate asset management on the owner side, with experience managing investments across multiple sectors.
  • Extensive experience in preparing budgets and conducting strategic asset planning.
  • Knowledge of real estate investment principles, including property valuation and market analysis.
