Real Estate Leadership Role

As a proactive and strong leader, you are motivated to drive change within a dynamic organization. You bring a robust portfolio of real estate management experience, including proactive management of relations, permits, continuous obligations, real estate transactions, divestment, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Securing the operation of properties by monitoring zoning, permits, property rights, and obligations, as well as initiating and leading actions based on monitoring findings.
  • Defining and managing risks related to properties and developing mitigations.
  • Executing and securing real estate transactions, such as leasing spaces owned by IKEA and divestment.
  • Leading land and permits-related processes for major rebuilds or extensions involving urban planning changes or building size increases.
  • Investigating and organizing the process of real estate taxes, optimizing during operation and supporting incentives during the permit and approval process.
  • Building and maintaining long-term local relationships on real estate topics with community, public authorities, government officials, property partners, external tenants, and neighbours where properties are located.
  • Representing the company in all real estate aspects with common areas/properties owners' associations to safeguard interests, optimize operating costs, and shared areas/properties.
  • Working with property partners and local authorities to finalize projects, continuing or pending legal obligations, and facilitating the execution of obligations.
  • Managing easement agreements and other encumbrances in favor of third parties on properties.
