Diversified Real Estate Portfolio Manager

This is a key investment position within our real estate portfolio management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diversified fund across various property types, including hotels, residential, office, and logistics.
The role involves hands-on investment management with a focus on joint ventures with development partners. You'll be expected to monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure value is maximised across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Portfolio management of joint venture developments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Project reporting, financial modelling, and feasibility analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Risk identification and mitigation strategies to protect investments.
- Collaboration with external partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive outcomes.
- Investment reviews, reporting, and strategic decision-making to optimise returns.
- 3–6 years' experience in real estate investment, development, or funds management.
- Strong understanding of development project risks and ability to mitigate them.
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills to inform investment decisions.
- Commercial acumen and ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with partners and stakeholders.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on technical detail while maintaining a big-picture perspective. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strong risk-adjusted returns for investors.
