A Real Estate Portfolio Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced real estate professional to manage a large portfolio of properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, communicating effectively with landlords and tenants, and collaborating with leasing and new business teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of properties including residential and commercial units
  • Communicating regularly with landlords and tenants to handle maintenance and queries in a timely fashion
  • Collaborating closely with the leasing team to ensure seamless property management
  • Coordinating routine inspections, rent reviews, and lease renewals
  • Organizing key distribution and managing lease signings
  • Implementing efficient electronic filing systems for tenant and landlord information
  • Actioning requests from tradespeople, cleaners, and other service providers promptly

Requirements:

  • A valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
