About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced portfolio manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial property management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and proactively seeking commercial business opportunities
  • Converting sales opportunities into management agreements
  • Negotiating leases and renewals
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of portfolio management strategies
  • Managing contracts and arrears
  • Staying up-to-date with local market trends and industry developments

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial property management experience and knowledge
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field
  • Corporate level communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent client liaison skills, both written and verbal
  • A strong administration background
  • Drives sales focus and customer service orientation
